The Range of Programs and What Each One Addresses
Programs covering plant science, floral design principles, event production, supplier practice, and flower business management.
Bloom & Bone covers the professional knowledge that underpins serious floral work — from the botanical science behind stem behavior and the compositional principles behind arrangement structure to the event production systems and business disciplines that determine whether a floral practice is commercially viable over the long term. Every program is self-paced, fully digital, and built around applied knowledge rather than aesthetic inspiration.

OUR VALUES
What We Believe About Floral Work
The standards we hold our curriculum to and the reasoning behind them.
Floral work begins with living biological material, and the decisions made throughout the workflow — from purchasing and conditioning through arrangement and display — are better when they are informed by an understanding of that biology. A stem is not an aesthetic object that happens to need water.
It is a living system with specific physiological requirements that, when understood, allow the practitioner to make decisions that extend performance, reduce loss, and produce work that holds up over time rather than deteriorating faster than it should. We build botanical knowledge into our curriculum because it belongs there — not as a separate scientific module, but as the foundation of everything that follows.
